What services can be expected:

Two stars – the offered rooms are comfortable with good hygiene requirements, a room service system is operational;
Three stars – the reservation desk is professionally run as well as the public lounging area that has quality fixtures, the room decor and furniture fit high standards, services are offered not only for residential needs, but there is a restaurant or cafe with a wide range of food on the menu. The workers have a high standard of qualification;
Four stars – various services and comforts are of high quality, there is a guarantee that installations, furnishings and interiors are of high standard, the rooms are larger, a restaurant is known for its professional technical and food preparation supervision in the kitchen, service guarantees a sufficient number of highly qualified workers;
Five stars – spacious and luxurious accommodations, high quality comfort and thorough attention is paid to quality and various details, all services are performed professionally and expeditiously, the restaurant – high quality food and excellent service, guests are serviced around-the-clock.
